I appreciate your obvious openmindedness.
I agree that Darwin's macroevolution has more than its fair share of holes, but no more so than anyone's history of the earth according to their respective religion. It's the people who blindly follow that I take issue with!
As for Darwin attending church...he did so only under duress from his very conservative wife. Now, what most people don't realize is that his lack of faith (or whatever one might call it) was in no way due to his theories of evolution. It was caused by his anger of his daughter's death at an early age! Feel free to pass that wonderful little tidbit along!
Cheers,
- Eric

Well with the what I believe in, a creation, I look for facts to support it as any evolutionist looks to support his. I, as a christian, believe in Creation but I do think there is evidence for both sides. Now I'm not one to ask for some of this as I'm not what you call good with that sort of thing. I also take issue with those who blindy follow any belief, and i do beleive that both takes a type of faith to believe in both views.
As for Darwin, at the time I said that I had'nt read completely into Darwin's...biography you might say. I know what you said now, but it was after I wrote what I did.

My favourite stamp so far!! Definitely sums up my philosphy for life! I was the annoying little girl who asked 'why?' questions all the time in kindy.. I would wait unil everyone had finished asking questions, then ask the not so obvious questions that no-one else had voiced :) do it till this day for everything , especially religion! I'd lick n stick but I can't afford a sub

Gotta draw the line somewhere tho, or it'll only lead to your insanity!!!

What is the purpose of any art, but to capture the essence of some Beauty and make it eternal?
